I have been with Virgin for years now, upgrades have crept in, we have added channels, got a Tivo box, added netflix and I only just realised we are now paying £53 a month and I hadn't really questioned it before. This is for 30Mb internet, their "L" TV package, which is everything apart from sports and music from what I can tell, plus a few HD channels, and a phone line which is never used.

So I want to wangle some money off or some more stuff for being such a loyal customer. What does everyone else pay so I can use it as a baseline for my discussions? Has anyone tried the "oh I'm going to leave" and got offered a better deal from Virgin?
