Anyone write a blog? I've got this idea for a blog, and I'm capable of writing and researching it, but not really of promoting it, or even of finding a place to post it.

It's not something many of my friends or family would be that interested in - it's more related to work, so just going mad on facebook and emailing it to people wouldn't be that effective in actually getting people to read it. How doyou get people to read a blog?
