So, it would appear as if my left knee meniscus has finally gotten sick of me twisting my goddamn knee all the time (4 times in 4/5 years. First time was at Zonino lol) and has become slightly damaged somehow. Not enough to warrant a surgery probably, but I'm going for an MRI scan sometime in the near future. It's really sore and it's painful to just turn around in bed (wakes me up) or things that you tend to do with a knee, like bending it or keeping it straight.

Anyone else have any delightful stories about damaged meniscuses (minisci?) that they want to share? I kind of wish they'd just take mine out and get it overwith, it's clearly not going to get any better as I keep twisting the knee. Pls tell me it will stop hurting and will in fact turn out perfectly ok pls.
