Please rate your hand-washing practices according to this handy scale:

0 - don't wash 'em at all, i'm a right grubbo
1 - basically just pretend, run my fingertips under the taps MAYBE
2 - yeah i wash them in water, no soap tho
3 - i'm normal and use soap and wash my hands coz i'm not mental
4 - proper roll my sleeves up (if applicable), soap halfway up to my elbows, proper scrub, no messin' around

I'm a 3, but have a lot of respect for 4s. Thinking about making an effort to become a 4.
