Do you have a massive stockpile of them somewhere on an image hosting site, or do you find an appropriate one on an ad hoc basis?

Do you go through them all when you feel the use of one is appropriate, looking for the most suitable one, or do you spend time memorising them all so you can pick out the best one instantaneously?
