question about food

no-class [Edit] [Delete] 10:07, 15 July '14

so we all know processed meats/chickens are bad, whereas fresh non-processed are...better, shall we say.

what i was wondering was - what about those fresh pre-packed chicken fillets you can get that have a glaze or a flavouring on them? i'm thinking along thse lines: http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/sainsburys-price-comparison/cooked_prepared_meat_and_poultry/sainsburys_just_cook_chicken_fillets_with_honey_mustard_glaze_283g.html

are they unhealthy generally and would you be better off sticking to standard fresh meat

no vegetarians ITT
