you put it on yer phone and it completely blocks withheld numbers. you can set it to block unknown numbers as well if you want but really it's about withheld numbers.

they just don't come through to your phone. eventually everyone will have it and nobody will have to deal with receiving phonecalls from hidden numbers ever again. the people making those calls will then stop making them. then everyone will be happy
