Not been around much, but would any one like to play a play by forum game of the Game of Thrones board game?
I mentioned it in the board game thread

It's very similar to Diplomacy, but set in Westeros. Bit obsessed with it as it's great fun betraying everyone, then getting stuffed.

We'll play via Vassal but I'm not sure about getting us all online at the same time, so I'll run the first game and not take part (plus knowing the rules and the board I'd take you all apart).

Basic synopsis: You play one of the six great houses and have to take control of 7 castles or strongholds to win control. You need to conquer lands, but also you need barrels for support to have bigger armies and consolidate power to win some of the tracks (iron throne: go first, decide ties, valryian blade, +1 in combat once per turn, auto win any tied combat, messenger raven: can change an order or look at the wildling cards)

So need 6 people to sign up, please only those who are going to bother as it's a lot of work and I know what things are like on here
