It HAS to be 4 doesn't it? Yes it changed the style and the game never really expanded on this. Amazing homage to films and some great set pieces too. That said, it's NOT as downright scary as the original game Resident Evil (1), THAT GameCube remake was a masterpiece too. Notable shout out for Code Veronica...
