Lawyers and educators, I have a question!

michael_w [Edit] [Delete] 18:46, 26 May '14

Me and my mam were discussing UKIP and stuff, and somehow we got on to teachers molesting children. (Not quite sure how, something about human rights)

She said that if a teacher is found to be molesting or naughty touching a child, the school are under no legal obligation to report this to the authorities, and can just move the teacher on so they can strike again at the next school.

Obviously I called bullshit big time, but I can't find any cold hard facts to prove her wrong.

Anyone got any information that I can use to prove her UKIP-voting ass wrong.

Thanks.
