just stumbled across this late on BBC 1... an utterly disarmingly startlingly naturalistic musical film, or like I read online, a kind of album-as-film about a busker in Dublin and a Czech flower seller...

from 2006? it's like a romantic thing, but it's so real. I haven't even finished watching, like, I'm watching now, but it's immediately better than any film about love I've seen up until now.
