I was in town earlier and had a look in a few clothes shops. Couldn't help noticing that pastel colours seem to be the big thing this season (in men's fashion at least). Pastel pinks, blues and greens. Awful. Surely no one's going to buy something in colours which were last in fashion when being worn by the sort of 1980s TV presenter whose attitude to sexual morality is now considered questionable. And they look terrible.

In other fashion news, I went to Topman to buy some jeans, but they were nearly 40 quid. I'm sure they were more like 30 when I last bought a pair. Outrageous.
