I don't, but I'm thinking I should. In fact I can't even recall ever seeing a butcher's in Brighton. Loads of fish shops though.

Bet you can buy loads of unusual cuts in butchers, perhaps some "under the counter" type gubbins too. Lots of indie points in this thread for you try-hards.
