^browsing that tag might help. Basically its a trend in Korea where puffy under eyes is actually thought of as cute and desirable because it makes people look younger/like they're smiling. Obvz other countries have different standards of beauty but according to internet it seems to be catching on with westerners. I have puffy under eyes naturally and don't really like it tbh (http://m.imgur.com/4a8H7x7) but it's pretty interesting to know that somewhere else, it's a good thing and not just the sign of a undersleeping, overcomputing weirdo
