Does anywhere have a governmental system where you you can vote in different parties on different issues
Rather than voting in one party as a whole?
So I could vote in party A to govern environmental issues, B to govern economic policy and C for foreign affairs?
And then you'd just need a voted-in central adjudicatory body to keep everyone in sync.
That works loads, right? Can we just have that?
