i think this should be a thing. i don't quite know how it works but sometimes it's nice to put your legs on someone or get on someone's back or touch breasts or fiddle with someone else's pubes or whatever. some sort of repository of approved bodies that are just doing this public service. maybe scrap the army and make this the 5th emergency service.
