The Wire - sorry, man - nothing comes close. the absolute best.

The Sopranos - quite a bit below The Wire, but amazing, nevertheless.

Breaking Bad - new entry into the top 3. not a patch on the above 2 and I was a little underwhelmed at the final episode, but still absolute cream.
