One in every ten court cases are the result of someone not paying their TV licence.

GayGuevara [Edit] [Delete] 14:08, 22 August '13

That's about 3,500 court cases a week.

Magistrates dealt with 1.48 million (!) tv licence related cases last year, accounting for 12% of their workload.

Is it time to ditch this tax?
