Companies which are massive and loads of people use them, even though they're widely hated and other options are available.
1) Ryanair.
Everybody hates them, the boss quite openly tells the company's customers to piss off, other travel options and flight operators are available, and yet they're still a hugely successful company that millions of people choose to use.
