Anyone watch this? What a massive misfire after the truly, truly excellent India series. Just Rick Stein having awkward conversations with members of his distant family and telling as many Germans as he could find that the English think they're culinary peasants.

So much filler as well, like the Beatles bullshit and all that stuff about his ancestors. Like a really crap Who Do You Think You Are where the subject clearly has no interest in his family anyway and just limps from one place to the next waiting for someone to give him a decentish meal. Terrible stuff.
