I have posted about this a few times, plus I saw the doctor the other day (who was shit, but more on that in a second), but I have no answer as yet and it still persists.

what happens is whenever there is any stimulus, internally willed or externally experienced, that would normally result in some level of despair, I don't experience the emotion, but I do get a pressure across the front of my head - sinuses mainly, although right at this moment I also feel a pressure above my right cheek.

the doctor was useless; she evidently just regarded my medical history and my anxious demeanour at the time and dismissed my concerns, deciding instead to come at me with the usual about ADs and CBT.

I'm going to book another appointment tomorrow (different doc, probs). but I thought I'd throw this out there because I'm pretty concerned and at a loss to explain what's wrong.
