Remember these? well here's an idea for a different version where we don't have to do any of the boring actually picking teams and playing games stuff, and nobody has to simulate the games either - we just don't play any!

KiK hopefully comes in to do his overlord stuff, everybody registers their interest, then he PMs people their team, squad list etc. the teams and squads are put in a thread but it's not revealed who is managing who.

Everyone gets the same budget, and starts trading via PM. You've got, I dunno, 5 days to do your business, then KiK or whoever is the mod ratifies all the trasnfers and you/ve got your final squad.

THEN the squads, still with managers unpublished, are posted in a thread and an electorate, perhaps a large but pre-approved group of football thread people, vote on which team would win the league.
