Ours is in the lounge. We're packing 32 inches of (not that) Smart Samsung which my mate says is far too small for this day and age, but suits us fine.

There was a bookshelf in the lounge with a dodgy lower shelf so we took that out and it sits in the gap fairly discreetly, sheltered from the suns harmful glare.

NOTE: This amazing thread was inspired by my sister as their telly is about 50 inches, sits in their front bay window meaning they can't see their street.
