Much maligned on here by the DiS babies, who I'm pretty sure still put posters on their bedroom walls, but I thought it might be time to doff a cap (one for the pun fans) in the general direction of mushrooms. Or not.

Had mushroom and garlic linguine the other night, very quick and very tasty. Mushrooms are quite handy in that they don't take long too cook. Plus you can have them for every meal of the day if you so desire.
