I'm applying for funding and I have to demonstrate that I have a clear career path plan. My undergraduate degree is law and the masters is a social research sort of thing. It's really about conducting and interpreting social research.

I think I want to work in the public sector in an area I feel strongly about - child poverty, education, welfare, some sort of policy or advisory role... What's a good way of saying I really want to be a bureaucrat?
