would it be true that immediately after first turning on the heating is when the most amount of oil is used up?
ie, would it be more efficient to turn on heating and leave it on straight through from say, 6-9pm than to turn it on from 6-7, then off, then on again from 8-9?
i have a suspicion that this is the case but wanted to get the virgin vote.
