Do pizza stones make a difference? I plan to buy one when we move.

How long can you keep dough in the fridge before it goes bad? Made pizzas last Thursday, had loads of leftover dough but no freezer space, will it be grim or alright to eat tonight?

What are your favourite toppings when you make it yourself?

Has anyone perfected pizza sauce? Would appreciate recipes and tips. I should have made this thread earlier, shouldn't I.
