To get involved, or not? That is the question.

A girl I used to work with, contacted me yesterday regarding my previous employers. The Insolvency Services contacted her and another girl who worked with us for information regarding a case against the two directors that is currently being reviewed. the directors were awful human beings and deserve nothing but jail. However, both girls don't want to get involved, as they are both scared. I have information, not sure how useful it will be, but I haven't been contacted. This isn't a criminal case, it's a liquidation case. Is it worth getting involved? Apparently if I submit information I will be called as a witness. The only witness, as no one else is willing to say anything.

Should probably not get involved, right?
