cos I've been vomiting and wretching all morning.

Inevitably I immediately feel much better after phoning in and now feel really guilty. I normally go in whatever (I know this is controversial) but this is the second time this month I've had to phone in sick and am paranoid they'll think I'm a shirker.

I wouldn't feel bad if it was a faceless corp or something I guess but it's a small charity.

Is this normal? Or should I stop moaning and lie in bed and watch tv all day?
