from Holland and Barrett. they taste as good as Werthers and are the same price so why would anyone buy sweets with sugar in? no calories and no tooth damage. you can also get sugar free sweets from the diabetic section in Boots (not a made up section).

did read aspartame might be bad for you but don't think it was in those sweets - mostly in diet coke and stuff I think. but if it's really bad, why is it still approved?

has anyone tried any sugar free stuff?

(did also eat no added sugar chocolate made with no dairy either - was pretty rank)
