Scared To Dance is back at the Moustache Bar in Stoke Newington and this time we have the excellent Shrag as our guest DJs! We’re more often than not sold out by midnight so come down early to guarantee entry and avoid the queues. Doors open at 10pm to 3am.

To coincide with Shrag’s final ever gig at The Lexington the following week we have Helen and Bob returning to DJ at the club! They released one of our favourite albums of last year with Canines matching the brilliance of their previous LP. It’s always been a pleasure having them DJ, no less on three occasions. You can expect plenty of indiepop/post-punk/riot grrrl from them. In the past they’ve played the likes of of Montreal, The Go-Betweens, My Bloody Valentine, The Unicorns, New Order, Best Coast, Lloyd Cole and the Commotions, The Breeders, Stereolab and Josef K so come down and shuffle your feet and celebrate the genius of Shrag before they go!

? MEMBERSHIP ?

You can become a member at the club for free. You’ll get in for the discounted price of £4 every time you come (rather than the standard £6) and we’ll sign you up to our mailing list! All you need to do is email paul@scaredtodance.co.uk with your full name and you can apply for your friends too. The deadline for becoming a member is 6pm on the day of the club.
