Is it possible to survive on only three hours' sleep a night?

MajorCriiimes [Edit] [Delete] 16:57, 10 February '13

I'm thinking of starting this pattern. I'm a healthy man in my mid twenties albeit with an occasional beer gut. Like, say 5 am - 8 am or 8 am - 11 am depending on where/if I'm working. I just think it would help me feel like I wasn't running out of time as there just doesn't seem enough time to pack all the albums I want to listen to, films I want to watch and social events I want to go to in at the moment. I don't really get headaches and I never feel like I'm running on empty unless I've been destroying myself at the gym.

I'm just a bit worried because I think Margaret Thatcher did something similar at the height of her power, I'll start thinking like her - or getting Alzheimer's in later life. Any advice?
