Dancing

prettyshittygangbang [Edit] [Delete] 14:40, 28 January '13

Load of shit really, isn’t it?

Probably the most boring and pointless activity going that everyone claims to love. I can understand children liking dancing, but fully grown adults (mostly females) who actually go out with the main purpose being to ‘dance’, very weird. People pouring out of clubs, covered in sweat, after 6 hours of dancing ‘wow that was some great dancing we did back there!’.

I’m a much bigger fan of standing, but an even greater fan of sitting.

Why ruin a drink and a chat with gyrating around like a twat?

I know a lot of people claim to get a lot of joy from dancing but in all my years of being coerced onto dance floors, this has never happened*. Might dance for literally 1 minute, but then am just utterly, utterly bored and slowly dance myself off the dance floor.

Obviously the backlash from this thread will be ‘sounds like someone’s a shit dancer!!!11’. Well, no. I’m like the Benoît Assou-Ekotto of dance, great at it, but not a fan of doing it.
Terrible things about dancing

– The upsurge in c-list celebrities being taught to dance on a variety of surfaces, massively popular so probably here for the next 50 years until Bruce dies.

- People at weddings and the like persistently asking you to dance ‘ oh come on……just one dance…….oh, please……….FUCK OFF I HATE DANCING

-the fact that if I’m ever single again and start dating, someone with probably utter the words ‘there’s this salsa dancing thing on Tuesday if you want to go?’ FUCK OFF I HATE DANCING

*obviously, dancing when on drugs is a totally different ball game and can be quite enjoyable
