Anyone got any tips for swimming the front crawl?

Silkyskillz11 [Edit] [Delete] 14:07, 25 January '13

breathing out underwater, specifically.

I been hitting the pool like a mother fucker recently, but realise my front crawl is no good. not so good at breathing out under water, which is what you need to maximise intake of breath, apparently. kind of makes sense really, although it feels really weird.

Can only really do about 100m before having to stop for twenty seconds to catch my breath. what sort of pathetic swimming is this?

Anyone got a technique/tip for this?

THis is an awful thread and will most likely bomb, but there we go.
