for one of those e-cigarettes and nobody is really certain whether or not it is illegal. clearly the product contains no 'combustible tobacco' so is just the same as gum/patches etc etc but there may be a bit of a grey area where the likeness of the product/logo to a real cigarette can cause problems.

there are no cigs or e-cigs seen in the advert though, apparently. but i believe there is a dancing baby so it might end up like that advert with the rollerskating nightmare babies.
