Aside from the fact that 'cyber' hasn't been a thing since the late 90s (and even then it was only to refer to the comedic early 90s phrase cyber sex), the whole thing is just a new default option for a mainstream MSM media news story when there's no actual news but it's time for a dose of fear uncertainty and FUD.
