I'm sort of in this tomato pasta/soy sauce stir-fry rut right now and feel pretty low about food in general really.
I made some potato and kale enchiladas from the veganomicon a while ago, and that was really good, but there's so many recipes in that rely on difficult stuff to source like tempeh and seitan (I know you can make the latter but i can never be bothered).
idk what's good?
