Hey ho, it's Sunday night so this won't get any replies, but I'll get it out of the way so I needn't make another one for a while.

Basically, I'd like to know how you go about talking to someone you're attracted to/think has a good personality and so on but haven't spoken to, apart from a couple of times very briefly.

I don't mean things like 'be confident', or 'find mutual interests', but actually do you just walk up and say 'Hello my name is TBO nice to meet you' or whatever? Or is that really creepy and weird? Is it best to randomly sit near them, for example? Or is that a bit weird too?

I've been in relationships and that before but they were all either with people who were friends anyway or people I was set up with by mates. Person in question here doesn't know anyone I know.
