Been bothering me all day, this - why aren't India any good at football? There's more than a billion of them, can they seriously not scrape together elven players with a half decent right or left foot? They lie 169th in the Fifa rankings, below all those silly little islands with populations the size of Rochdale. They were managed by an Englishman as recently as 2011, though I don't think this can be the sole factor in their underperformance.
