Which house would you buy, near where you currently live, if you had a billion pounds?

I'd like to buy Castlefield Congregational Chapel:

Apparently Rick Astley recorded 'Never Gonna Give You Up' here when it used to be a recording studio. That would be a good fact to tell guests.

Runner-up would probably be St Matthew's Sunday School:

It has a nice round rear (just like ol' ma wilykit), too: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jmno37d401s/TclaAvf12iI/AAAAAAAAAIc/B-J6OCgwp7Q/s1600/Rear+os+St+Matthews+Rice+St.jpg

Where would YOU like to live in the town or city you currently live, if money was no option?

Feel like I should offer some indie points for any Londoners who might not be able to get whatever they want for a billion pounds.
