You either know or you don't, right?

why add the 'right'? It doesn't make sense, you say you know.. and then you're unsure as to whether you do or not?

'i know, right?' - sounds insecure & non committal ... or maybe i just don't get it

Also, what's with the universal tone... it makes me cringe
