Music Social More…

How many fans does a piece of music, TV show, film etc. need before you can guarantee it will be shit

in_limbo [Edit] [Delete] 23:41, 11 November '12

Because as any sane member of society knows, how many fans something has is inversely propertional to how good it actually is.

I think the sweet spot is between one and two million. If somebody tries to recommend me something, say on Facebook, if it has more than 2 million likes you can almost guarantee it will be terrible. Less than a million, probably a bit niche. This leads me to the conclusion that there are only about two million people in the entire world who have any semblance of good taste in anything.
