Swansea swat the holders of the Carling One Cup out- probably most depressingly for Liverpool they never much looked like losing. Norwich also manage to stun Spurs- sounds distinctly like a game in FM you'd restart that one. Chelsea and United manage to piddle a drab affair high on sweat and low on quality out into extra time. The next saviours of English football Wootton and Mike Keane look like they could do with a bit longer in the oven.
