I get hit a wee bit in my job. I look after a guy who sometimes gets frustrated and bitch slaps me. it really frightened me the first time, but I am now able to 'read' him a bit better and see it coming.
he got me once with both hands on either ear. BAM! my ears were ringing for hours after. he has MASSIVE sausage hands

Also got dropped by a bouncer recently. when I say dropped, I actually mean dropped. he picked me out of my seat cos I told him to 'chill the fuck out' (in a nice, non aggressive way)
anyway, I must have fallen asleep in his arms and he dropped me on the floor. I cracked my head open. the girl I was with told me he punched me, which I told the police, so imagine my embarrassment when the nice policeman called me to tell me I hadn't been punched! i was mortified. he was super cool though and told me not to worry about it. gonna claim £1500 for it though. so in many ways, a positive experience.
