Do you still find having a TV / paying a licence to be worthwhile?

I'm probably like most people here in that I don't really find myself putting on the TV much any more. The only time I do is if the programme benefits from being live, like the news, question time or big sporting events. Aside from that its just MOTD really, which isn't on iPlayer

Can't decide whether this limited usage justifies the fairly hefty licence fee - logically I don't think it does, but I don't know whether you'd feel slightly disconnected if you just get rid of the TV altogether - especially in the event of a big rolling news story

What do you reckon?
