the cavs/wizards game is actually the first game overall. but obviously celtics/heat is the proper opener. based on what i've seen from preseason, the preliminary stages of allen and co looks as insane as expected. if lebron got a major injury, they'd still be possible contenders. ridiculous.

the magic are going to be a trainwreck, i just can't see them winning a single fucking game. i hope they take that loss-streak title from the cavs.

i'm interested in philly (BYNUM WILL BE PLAYING WITH AN AFRO THIS SEASON), bucks and hornets - all those teams could potentially do surprising things this season, to varying degrees. i'm thinking the bucks are going to jiggle stuff around to the advantage of monta ellis, it was just too late in the game last season to restructure. and to be honest, they already looked robust, just not 'deadly' when it mattered.
