Need some employment-type legal advice please

Gorkys_Forever [Edit] [Delete] 18:16, 18 October '12

Preferably from people who I haven't personally insulted on here...

Made a formal complaint against my boss 2 years ago due to him being a complete bonehead (bullying staff/offensive language) it was upheld, boss was disciplined in a sort-of roundabout way.
The "discipline" in question was to send all middle-management on a personal skills course, so as to not embarrass him.

I made another complaint to HR a week ago due to him swearing at me after I made quite a minor mistake. HR seemed to take it quite seriously at the time, but I found out that the whole case is now with the in-house employment law specialist.
This doesn't look good, if its at this level then it would appear its either him or me, yes?

I have made a few minor fuck-ups recently and I'm sure Bossman is now trying to say that due to my mistakes I've driven him to it, but I know according to the internal handbook they have no grounds to sack me.
If they say something like "we would like you to go" where would I legally stand?

What external party can I contact for advice?

Thanks...

tl;dr
