I'm working on something which I consider to be pretty good and have faith in but there's a small nagging doubt that maybe I'm just a bit deluded and it's not as good as I think it is.

You can get feedback to help alleviate these fears but much like someone who has been told they are good at singing and then they step onto that X Factor stage and clearly cannot hold a tune to save their life you have to take positive comments with a pinch of salt as some people are just being nice.

So all those on here who are in bands or write stories or whatever do you ever think that you might be kidding yourself that you are actually good and talented and will be doing the world a favour by putting your stuff out there.
