I was just chatting on gmail and suddenly got logged out of both gmail and facebook.

Now when i try to access gmail it just says:
This web page has a redirect loop

bla bla bla...

And on facebook my login suddenly doesn't work. Might have forgotten my password as don't normally have to enter it but pretty certain I haven't.

Have I been hacked?
