People who used to own a Playstation 2

wrightylew [Edit] [Delete] 19:18, 9 October '12

Hi

I still have a PS2, because I've never felt the need to buy the next gen ones.

Anyway, I've always loved its backwards compatibility. The ability to play Worms on it has often delighted me.

I bought Resident Evil 1 last week, and imagine my fury when I got quite far in and realised I couldn't save the data to a PS2 memory card.

Do I need a PS1 memory card for this? I was under the impression they wouldn't be recognised in the PS2, but I can't think of any other way you can save your game.

This could be really awful if it's the case, as I was about to start buying some glorious old games like Metal Gear etc.

HELP
Thanks
